Meet Joey

Boxer/lab mix Age: 11/2020 (4 Years Old) Weight: 60lbs

Joey was born in November 2020 after his mother was rescued from distressing conditions in Tennessee. In January 2021, Joey was adopted, but due to unforeseen family issues, he was unfortunately given up for adoption. He previously lived with children aged 4 and 8 and is gentle with kids of all ages. Joey is an affectionate and sweet boy who brightens everyone’s day. He is full of energy, especially enjoying playing fetch. Joey behaves well on a leash, follows basic commands, is very intelligent, and is eager to learn. He is currently undergoing crate training and making great progress! Introductions with other dogs are necessary for Joey, but he is very sociable. He is neutered, house-trained, and up to date on vaccinations. Meet Fergie

 Pit Bull Age: 3-4 Years Old Weight: 40lbs

Fergie, a former breeding dog, has had numerous litters of puppies. This experience has given her a unique maternal sweetness. She loves toys and especially enjoys playing fetch. While she is still learning manners, she can get a bit enthusiastic during play. Currently, we are assisting her in improving her patience with the help of our trainer. Fergie knows a few commands, is quite intelligent, and is progressing well with her leash training. She pays close attention to instructions and with some treats, she could easily pick up new tricks. Fergie would do best in a home where she is the only pet. Although she could potentially live with older children, proper introductions would be necessary. Fergie has been waiting for a while to find a new home and may require extra time to adjust. Meet Fernando

Pitbull Mix Age: 2-3 Years Old Weight: 100 Ibs

Fernando is a handsome man.  He does tend to drool all over himself though.  He is fully recovered from his surgery, as he ate his bed, because that is what dogs do sometimes. He is a big boy and once moving, walks very nicely on a leash, but if he wants to drag you over to something or jump up on you, you need to be strong enough to take the hit. He loves car rides and getting ice cream. He does resource guard so do not take anything away from him. Breed experience is a MUST! A pack leader is imperative to his success in a home.  A thorough application will be needed and vetted, with a Foster to Adopt clause, prior to any adoptions being approved.

Labrador Retriever/Mix Age: About 6 Years Old Weight: 65 lbs

Are you ready for a pup that’s a little bit grumpy and a whole lot lovable? Meet Diego, a 6-year-old stud who’s looking for a forever or foster home for the holidays. He’s a bit of a homebody and likes to keep things low-key. No loud parties or rowdy kids for this guy! He’s looking for a quiet home with older kids or mature adults who will appreciate his chill vibe. No other pets, please! He’s not really into sharing the spotlight. Diego knows his basic commands and comes with training.

Meet Max, the epitome of canine charm! This debonair 10-year-old gentleman embodies sweetness and kindness. Though currently perplexed by his boarding situation, his heart remains hopeful, yearning for the warmth of a loving home. Max has harmoniously coexisted with other dogs, and we recommend companions of similar or larger size. Children above 10 are ideal, as Max’s enthusiasm may inadvertently overwhelm younger ones. This dashing neutered boy is up-to-date on vaccinations and arrives with training. Having overcome the challenge of cancerous mass removal, Max is ready to embark on a new journey. Missy is the total package! She is good with kids, other dogs, and cats. She is a very smart little girl who loves to play, go for car rides, and chicken nuggets are her absolute favorite. Missy is on the smaller side of the “Pitbull” terrier coming in at only 40lbs. She is the total package

Meet Shadow

Pit Mix 5-6 Years old 64 lbs

Shadow is the most amazing pup! He is good with other dogs, and won’t even engage with dogs who don’t like him (we don’t know how that could be since everyone loves Shadow!) He is currently in the HOPE Program getting the most amazing training ever. He is up to date with his shots, neutered, and comes FREE lifetime training! Does it get any better than that? We believe he would do fine with cats and children as he is a very well mannered young man. Shadow is waiting for you today!

Meet Eli

Pointer Mix 4 Years Old 45 lbs

Meet Eli, the ultimate chill dude! Eli is on the hunt for a super cool home where he can just be himself, no judgments. He’s almost 4 years young and is thought to be a pointer mix. This poor guy has been stuck in boarding for nearly three years, just waiting for someone awesome to come save him. He’s a bit of a foodie and likes to keep his toys to himself, so patience is key for his new BFFs. He’s looking for an adult-only home where he can be the king of the castle, and sorry, no kitty cats allowed.

Meet Tokio

Pit Mix 3 Years Old 65 lbs

Meet Tokio. We are still getting to know this sweet baby but so far he’s an absolute gentleman. He knows basic commands, walks perfectly on a leash, and loves belly rubs! He’s about 3 years old and appears to be a pit mix. With the right introduction, Tokio could live in harmony with other K9 friends.

Meet Dior

Dior is a sweet little girl who is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, it is all love. She is currently learning her basic manners, and doing an excellent job! We are not sure about her social skills with dogs and cats, but will be sure to update her post as we found out more.

Meet Bear

Husky/Shepherd Mix 2-3 Years Old 85 lbs

This little boy is trying to understand how he found his way to the rescue. He was found wondering a national park, and although in good condition, he is very confused about what is going on. He too is a little shy, but definitely an escape artist! He has showed us his will and want to get out of the yard, which might be how he found his way to us. We are still learning about him and will share updates as we get them.

Meet Lucky, a 5-year-young Aussie Doodle Poodle mix who is as sweet as he is cute! This handsome boy is looking for a new family to share his love and adventures with.

Here’s what you should know about our boy Lucky:

  • Dog-Friendly: He gets along with most other dogs. (A meet and greet is a must to ensure a perfect match!)
  • No Cats, Please: Sassy felines are not his cup of tea.
  • Adventure Buddy: He loves going for walks (we’re still perfecting our leash skills!), enjoys car rides, and has a special weakness for ice cream stops! 🍦
  • Tender Heart: Loud noises like thunder can be scary for him, so he’ll need some extra cuddles and comfort during storms.

Meet Moezer

Saint Bernard 7 years old 120 lbs

Moezer (Crosby’s dad) came to the rescue to his family becoming homeless. He is a gentle giant with his humans, but does not get along with other dogs (except his son Crosby) He likes children but no small children due to his size. He enjoys car rides, hanging out to watch a movie, walks, and playtime is fun for him. Requirements for his adoption include a fenced in yard, no other dogs/cats in the home. Meet Crosby

Saint Bernard 2-3 years old 100lbs

Crosby and Moezer (Crosby’s dad) came to us due to their family becoming homeless. Crosby is very playful and still a puppy. He is currently going through training to learn manners and basic commands. Crosby is not good with other dogs (except his dad), and does not get along with cats. He is good with his humans, and even children, but children over 6 would be ideal due to his size. Requirements to adopt include a fenced in yard and no other dogs in the home. Crosby is dog reactive so he should not be around other dogs.
